We had again busy day

Noel crept on Incline floor 46 meters.
We did 4 session patterning and massage.
Noel had 50 masks. Standing, push-up, holding 23 times.
We were riding on horse, what is Noel’s one of his favourite program. He always has a big smile on his face when we arrive there. For me 20 minutes relax. Silence, calm, sunshine. :)
